Cosmetic and Reconstructive Surgery Cape Cod and Boston

When you call the office of Cape and Islands Plastic Surgery, your call will be answered by one of our friendly staff members at either our Hyannis or Plymouth offices.  Sandy, at our Plymouth office, has considerable experience working in medical offices locally. Lisa, at our Plymouth office, also has extensive medical knowledge.  Finally, Hilda, primarily based at out Hyannis location has 30 years of experience treating plastic surgical patients. All three are well versed in the cosmetic and reconstructive surgery procedures that Dr. Loffredo and Dr. Jones perform and will try to answer any questions that you have.  All three are enthusiastic staff members and will try to provide you with a high level of service.

Dr. Loffredo and Dr. Jones have tried to staff their office so that when you call, their staff members can take the time to answer any questions that you might have. Occasionally during the busiest times of the week the staff may have to take your phone number and call you back. However, whenever possible they will try to answer any of your questions and provide you information on pricing. The staff will also try to answer your questions on what the expected recovery times are. They will also be able to discuss setting up a consultation and the current availability of surgical dates.

All patients are sent information in advance of their consultations for cosmetic and reconstructive surgery. You will find that the staff at Cape and Islands Plastic Surgery take time to answer your questions and provide you with the information you need. Should you decide to schedule surgery Sandy, Lisa and Hilda will facilitate the process for you. Our physicians and staff will work very hard to make your surgical experience as pleasant for you as possible.
